Andrew got our COVID-19 genetic epidemiology project up and running! He returns to finish his senior year at Quinnipiac University. Good luck Andrew!

Ye Chen, analyst with precision and passion

Our two-year project to extract meaningful & translational type 2 diabetes data from the Partners Biobank has come to an end. Ye ended up writing a comprehensive python module to do the task after many iterations of algorithm development. Ye plans to return to China and develop her passion for Public Health disease surveillance methods.
